Laws have been known to be different in some ways for the benefit of humanity and also have been changed. However it's God's Ten Commandments that cannot be taken off the books in a manner of speaking. They were written well over 3000 years ago possibly longer.
No one knows the exact date but they can't be removed from existence because of who wrote them to begin with God the Supreme Father.
