Human laws parallel with God's Commandments as an example God's 10th. Many a times throughout history some men coveted married women. Other times people who thought other people could trust coveted the home they were supposed to watch while the owners were away.
That's considered theft and can be used in a criminal case. Coveting a man's wife? In divorce court that is called Adultery and yet human laws do parallel with God's laws.
But they are rarely said in any court because church and state are separated. God was here first before laws by people were ever written.
