Centuries ago in the times of Moses to the times of Samson to the times of Jesus Christ people either lived by the sword or they died by it. All the senseless murders due to slavery and ruthless rulers.
Until God introduced laws to the human race. Roman's fed Christians to the Lions and the disciples of Christ were horribly murdered. But in today's day and age that is forbidden by a law that does convict people of murder.
If God didn't make laws the society world wide would be a global blood bath.
