Nothing much surprises me in today's day and age. Some do help themselves to what does not belong to them. Even in the same neighborhood as others they take from. It can be late at night or when no one is around just to get what they want without thinking it's wrong. God's 10th made it clear enough Thou Shalt Not Covit Anything That is Thy Neighbors but some still do it.
