More people now a days are coming closer to Jesus Christ no one gets to the father except him. But one single commandment alone is often ignored God's 2nd when it's made to honor someone past or present. I read in Exodus 20 the Lord our God is a jealous God. Personally I would not make a graven image but rather do a nice tribute for special people in history or the present times.
